Their espresso machine is always down which defeats the purpose of being a coffee shop. I’m not going there anymore due to inconsistency. Better locally owned places anyways.

Manager Erica is very rude and said inappropriate things in front of my child. She causes a very hostile work environment for her employees. Krista the district manager backs Erica and will never hold her accountable for her actions. If you report any incidents at this location you will get banned. I have been a paying customer for many years and will no longer be supporting their business after how they decided to handle the situation.

My wife and I have been a loyal customer to Duncan in their everyday. Today we were refused a drink we have been buying for the last 6 months. Manager was totally rude and uncalled
