A very pleasant evening! the service was excellent and the staff was aware and diligent in the submission for my butter allergy check with the kitchen to ensure that the items I looked at were butter free. Excellent seared tuna bowl,huhn waffeln! the only article we wouldn't order again were the lobster shrimp bombs. at $15.95 for 2, they were overpriced and there were only pieces of garnel, no detectable lobster in the inner. the cookies jar desserts were huge and very enjoyed!

Wife and I drove in from Florence SC with a 7:30 pm reservation. We arrived 15 minutes early and were greeted immediately by the hostess. We were told it would be a few minutes. By the time we washed our hands and headed to the bar to wait, she intercepted and led us to our table. Our waitress, Jenna, was quite polite and extremely efficient. She answered our questions about menu items and gave excellent descriptions of several of my wife 's choices. She was fun and easy to talk with and made the evening that much more enjoyable. We wanted for nothing the entire dining experience. The food was delicious! The presentation was great. My wife 's first reaction when her 's arrived was that of slight disappoint. She thought she had ordered more. However, the portions were spot on. She finished about half and though she desperately wanted to finish, she could not. Her words, It 's soooooo good, I don 't want to stop eating. I, too, could not finish mine; having consumed half an appetizer and a few bites of wife 's appetizer. I had : A glass of merlot, charcuterie board, Inlet seafood platter. She had: Malibu bay breeze, Lobster and shrimp bombs, Mojo mahi with dill sauce, grit cake and mashed potatoes. Our experience was truly memorable. We will be returning again soon and looking forward to warmer weather; as there is both indoor seating, booths and tables, as well as porch and outdoor seating on the Marsh walk.

The food was so so. Mac Cheese sampler was unidentifiable as you what it was supposed to be. Chicken and waffles not even close. Drinks so so. Service was great.

Large menu, food was delicious and served promptly..great views and service was great!! Will definitely be coming back...

Be sure to follow Business 17 (closer to the ocean); our GPS directed us to a non-existent address on Highway 17 which runs parallel. My wife ordered the grouper tacos which were quite tasty and seemed like a good value. I was disappointed with my choice of the lobster and shrimp bombs. They were a bit greasy and it was really hard to identify either any shrimp or lobster in the filling that had the consistency of mashed potatoes. Depending on the tide and season, a table against the rear windows offers great shorebird sighting in the marsh that is only steps away.
