As local patrons of the restaurant, we were disappointed to find that the dining room had been moved upstairs, forcing us to eat on the ground floor. While we understand there may not be a suitable lift available, we still expect to be treated with respect. It is disheartening to feel pushed aside because one of us has a disability that prevents us from climbing stairs. Additionally, the replacement of normal height chairs with high stools has made it impossible for us to continue enjoying meals at this establishment.

Steak sandwich was on average, Steak was very thin and chewing, could not eat it, said waitress and she did nothing

Excellent place for family and social dinners, great entertainment and live music and cheap drinks, meat rides and attractive customer service

I went for lunch with friends and had the roasted dish, which was okay. However, one of my friends ordered the pasta with mushrooms and found it to be disgusting - it was dry and lacked flavor. After complaining, the food was sent back to the kitchen with no excuses or refund offered. I decided to order a bowl of wedges but had to wait for 1.5 hours before they were finally served. I had to ask the staff to pack them in takeout containers as everyone else in the restaurant finished their meals. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. If there was a rating system, I would give it a low score due to the unprofessional treatment received.
