Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

It's getting old that you are treated like a pest trying to place an order in the restaurant and not on an app. They did get my order correct and the food was good.

Drive thru was slow but no complaints about my order.

Dewaun gave us the best customer service that I have not had in a very long time. I am in the customer service business and it was a delight to know that going above and beyond still exists.

Absolutely sad that even when their machines won’t work no one will take an order at the counter. Pathetic that we have to do their work for them anyways but then to be refused after multiple people have asked to get an order taken. Hospital nurse in front of me tried to no avail before me to put in their order as well and was also refused to have anyone take their order. Sad that cfa next door is 100 times busier and still have time to interact with their guests…
