Bidrage med feedbackService was great however I am not feeling their new bacon onion and cheeseburgers. Their burgers were actually not seasoned well either. I need them to go back to the drawer board on the burgers.
Their blizzards are consistently delicious. I only wish the customer service were better because when my husband went to use my daughter 's phone/DQ app to take advantage of a deal [because his own app was malfunctioning], the male worker at the register was rude, saying to my husband, 'I 'll do it this time, but since this is not your phone/app, I 'm not going to let you use it next time '.What???Did the phone 's ownership really matter? It 's those little, unhelpful comments that can ruin an entire experience.
The bearded man is always angry, he is never friendly, he doesn't even ask if you need something, not at all attentive to the customer.
