Bidrage med feedbackI am sad to say that although the food was good, the service was not. I rarely give a poor review everyone can have an off day or get in the weeds. But, when you bring your three children under the age of 10 and your wife to dinner and it takes 40 minutes to get the first food item out on a Monday night with a restaurant that's not half full and then they grat your check because they can sense you're not happy. That is really poor.As a business person, I would handle it very differently and see what could be done to make it right for the customer not decide that they should tip me in full when I did not deliver in full.I do not plan to return.
Great experience here. Staff was really friendly. I have a shellfish allergy and my wife told the staff and they took extra care to make sure our order didn't mix with the other diners that order shrimp with their meals. Waitress kept our cups full. Restrooms were clean and regularly checked. We'll be back!Food: 4/5
This has to be the wifes favorite place to eat by far. She makes a spell at least once a week. It's as if the owners are very friendly and recognize us every time we visit. The food is too delicious and addictive. Hence the wife's... Inclinations.Food: 5/5
The food was very delicious and fresh. Our server was very friendly and enjoyed her waiting on us. We were visited by the owners and their family while dining. They were very hospitable and enjoyed their company. Thank you for a great experienceFood: 5/5
Food is good but can’t say the same for to go customer service. We were sitting waiting and it was done and after the workers finished eating their bagels they let us know our order was ready. In reply to your reply I did come back on Saturday after calling ahead and was told 35 minutes. We arrived and it wasn’t ready advised that someone would bring it out only after waiting and no food was coming out to our car to find out that our order had been ready and sitting. Seems like need more mature people and people who care upfront handling these transactions
