L'escala - Muret

For a modest price, you have a good meal with included, red or rosé and coffee. The bread is excellent, there are only workers on the move who are staying at the hotel or Formula 1 and we are entitled to a discount on the bill. I went back 5 times (I was also on my way to work), I find the other reviews a little hard, it's not a 3 star in Michelin, but on 50 restaurants in the year I do, it's the best value for money I've seen.

Not warm, the smile of the welcome is inexacting. Simple dishes. I wouldn't go back and advise.
