Capri's Pizza Of Whiting - munstet

I've been ordering here for 8 years last couple orders have been really off nobody's listening people are singing when they pick up the phone and you know what 9:30 at night they're asking you do you want us to send you out another pizza no I want you to get it right the first time I want you to listen to the customer I want you to understand that business is really important today!!!!!

I got the Italian roast beef and it was fye, well seasoned and the delivery lady was really nice

Just ordered for a pick up got there and they didn’t have my food! They “accidentally” gave it to someone else Smh poor staff always making stupid mistakes!! Last time ordering from here! South Chicago Capris was the best we miss it!

Italian beef was big, but not sliced thin and mine had a lot of fat and stringy pieces. The chicken is okay but you can't order individual pieces less than a certain quantity and they packed the cold salad in the same box with the hot chicken. YUCK.

Although the pizza is pretty good the management of this location is terrible, I received a gift certificate and tried to use it only to find out you have to pick up or eat in to use it witch is inconvenient and stupid so I picked up my order and then waited 10min to verify the signature on the certificate then they would not return the change of $4.21 so now I have to go thru the hassle all over again to use the whole certificate. I find the whole ordeal a joke and the management a bunch of idiots who just lost a long time customer.
