I have the tradition and liked the locals with ketchup. they do not have a variety of menus, but they can cook the chops from some pasties. if they are in the opposite, they do not give it up.
Muldoon's has some of the best pasties in the Upper Peninsula. I’ve tried many places that claim to have the best, but only a couple of others can compare. The crust is flaky, and they are generously filled with meat, potatoes, and, of course, rutabaga. If a pasty doesn't have rutabaga, it simply isn't a true pasty. Head over to Muldoon's in Munising—you won't be disappointed!
We tried pasties for the first time, and we were definitely impressed! My favorite was the chicken pastor, but the bark was also delicious. Be sure to try the apple catie and the homemade fudge—especially the Heath fudge; it was amazing!
I stopped here for lunch and had the bark-pazierstock with gravy. It was delicious! Although the line was long, it moved quickly, and the man behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place!
