Attentive staff, magnificent view (restaurant is located on the coast, overlooking Paraguay, but the fish (surubí was dry and tasteless. That said I'd revise for a second chance.
Baldomero offers an assorted menú of food, including their freshly caught river fish. Their service is smooth, and the restaurant offers a great view of the River Paraguay.
Attentive staff, wonderful view (restaurant is perched on the coast, overlooking Paraguay) but the fish (surubí) was dry and tasteless. That said, I would revisit for a second chance.
