Had to use the kiosk to order. The young man behind the counter was extremely busy. It bothered him to take a cash payment. It happens. Food was freshly made and a nice treat. That was the worst customer service experience I ever had! I received a terrible underwhelmed burger through the drive thru. I have requested a refund and the complaint. the superior told me in the ground that he had no time, and the only way I wanted to get a refund is back into this terrible business. he did not seem worried at all that someone was sick and never even apologised for eating undercooked meat.

Great location, easy access and enough parking space. I've been using the passage more than 20 times, and they've never got my order wrong, but I'm giving 4 stars because pommes are never crispy.
