Let’s start by saying I don’t eat steak. I ordered an Italian hoagie, and received a steak hoagie. When I called, the women argued with me stating that she not only heard me say a steak hoagie, but since she repeated it back to me and I didn’t correct her, she wasn’t able to give me a refund. When I asked if I could go out of my way to drive to the location with the full steak hoagie (untouched) and receive the correct order of an Italian hoagie that my family also heard me order over the phone, she said she wasn’t able to do that either. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service of this location. It would have be different if I accidentally ordered something else I eat, but a steak hoagie? No way. And The fact that my family heard me also order an Italian hoagie, then the women on the phone argued with me, AND THEN said she couldn’t do anything about the situation is simply outrageous to me. Asked for my pizza to be well done it wasn't when I brought back the undercooked pizza they refused to give me a refund but Said they would remake but it would be over and hour wait and they wouldn't deliver it I won't ever be ordering here again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
