Went through the drive through with my 8 year old who was getting something with a day gift card. They were so sweet to her when she paid from the back seat!

Recently learned about the short staffing here, explaining why the 'order ahead ' feature is randomly turned off all the time, [referenced] drive thru only, hard breakfast sandwiches and the less busy atmosphere. I’m assuming experienced residents go to Dunkin, McDonalds or AREA coffee instead. It 's a spacious, easy to access location on lake st with great potential, particularly with its indoor/outdoor setup. Hoping they resolve their staffing to create a more consistent customer experience.

Starbucks quality is going down. They may get your drive thru order correct but if it is busy you will probably get the wrong beverage unless it is easy to identify like a refresher.

They do not have decaf but they will make you a burnt Americano for $4.
