My experiences at this location have overall been good. When I order at the window and check my order before I leave it 's normally perfect. I do not suggest you order on the app because the time saved by pre order is spent threefold when attempting to communicate an order issue with the window person. Don 't even try to ask for help with a credit for a unavailable item ordered online because Dunkin ' employees have no clue about... nor care to know, about the online services. Don 't ask for contact information as the window person two weeks ago told me so very curtly No I 'm not going to give you anything, why would I ? You need to go online on your phone and look it up! . Then she shut the window and walked away. Thank you Dunkin ' for that helpful information the employee is a one star and the processes in place are two stars. I have to say that my latte almost always tastes perfect,if not I bring it right back. I just don't like that I'm friendlier than they are. I say thank you more. I always they them to have a nice day. I guess customer service isn't what it use to be. There is only one or two ladies working there who are polite and friendly.

I ordered already couple times croissant with no eggs but nobody cares, just eggs on it, are you kidding, what if someone have allergies for eggs, you don’t cares, bad service bad food.Please if somebody wants to order from this location, be careful- nobody cares about your special notes

If you would like a meh breakfast with marginal coffee, this is the place for you. We ordered the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich barely toasted, eggs have no flavor, and the sandwich isn't even warm enough to partially melt the cheese. Got the Sausage Egg Cheese Croissant, and it was over toasted and again no seasoning. Got the smallest apple Fritter ever. And then the Bacon Egg Bagel bacon was barely fried and eggs flavorless. To drink, we had a house coffee, latte, and hot chocolate, and all of them were just Meh.The staff was the only reason for two stars instead of one. The drive thru was pretty busy, and they seemed to be keeping up well. The small seating area was clean. It would be nice if they had things like sugar, napkins, salt, and pepper available. We had never been to a Dunkin Donuts and really unsure what all the hype is about.

Extraordinary location it is very clean and the help is quick on the job.
