Red Lobster - Muncie

This restaurant is always back and forth. There are days when the staff (waiting staff and chefs) are five stars and on other days it is like a completely new crew training. I wish the restaurant could have a little more consistency with the service. Overall, I enjoy this location.

Food was great service was even better! Trevor quickly brought cheese cookies and asked for drinks. The most impressive part of my dinner was that our drinks and cookies were refilled before empty what was done about 5 or 6 times. Our waiting time for a table was about half an hour, but it was worth it. I don't know Trevor, but if he keeps the great service, he should be recognized.

After bad experiences the last 2 visits we decided to try again. We were very satisfied and will not hesitate to come back,

8/29/22. I ordered Endless Shrimps. Everything was amazing, including my server Kara. She was always there for refill of food and drink. Very personally and even suggested trying another sauce. I love it! Thanks Kara for your kindness and a service. From a woman who enjoyed her jewelry from the past!

Our server Kara was as cheerful as they come! She was fast and very nice. The food was amazing: not just the garlic biscuits that everyone knows but I ordered the sesame-soy salmon and it was Devine!!! Thank you for a very nice night out.
