Delicious Mexican food (literally mouth watering), friendly staff, super decent and soothing ambience.Overall I had a great time.Mexican food lover must definitely go.

Hola! So today I begin my #flashbackfriday series by writing about one of my most favourite restaurants and thats none other than ...Sanchos<br/ .<br/ The first thing you notice when walking over to Sanchos in the upscale neighbourhood of Bandra, is its bold red wooden doors. The interiors aim to evoke the colourful yet laid back spirit of Mexico.<br/ .<br/ Moving on to the food..The menu offers a play of tastes and textures through an eclectic mix of veg non veg dishes, with its focus on importing key ingredients that are essential to Mexican cuisine, right from the homeland.<br/ .<br/ So here were some of my top favourites:<br/ 1. The Fiesta Nachos Its loaded with with guacamole, sour cream, beans and cheese...A dish that will likely vanish within seconds of it reaching your table !<br/ 2. Tostaditas Tingas Braised chipotle pulled chicken, with sour cream, avocado and a delicious cottage cheese<br/ 3. Quesadila Suprema The mozarella in the handmade tortilla was stringy and inert and was served with dips that actually woke up the dish<br/ 4. Burrito Bowl Homemade tortilla filled with beans, pilaf rice, pico de gallo, cream chipotle salsa<br/ 5. Lamb chops rubbed in chipotle sauce, along with an eggplant puree and adobo sauce.<br/ .<br/ Never really tried any desserts here but for all my friends that simply adore Tres Leches, let me assure you this favourite is on offer.<br/ .<br/ When it comes to trying different flavours experiencing a taste of Mexico, Sancho's fares well amongst various other Mexican cuisine restaurants in the city. While authentic is very subjective, I truly believe that a Mexican meal here is close to the real deal possible.

Get All Mex’d Up, at Sancho's as it'll make you fall in love with colours, spice everything nice!<br/ —————<br/ For a true Tex-Mex and Cal-Mex experience we had:<br/ •Classic Nachos- house fried tortilla chips, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, queso sauce pickled jalapeños<br/ •Tacos Dorados- yellow corn rolled fried stuffed tortilla with black beans topped with lettuce sour cream

We visited this place on a Sunday Evening for my dad's birthday.We were craving mexican and honestly there are not even a handful restaurants that do justice to Mexican cuisine.<br/ Sanchos has been revamped,the music gives an entire narcos feel to it.I loved how the seating is indoors but yet outdoors.The entrance has these big red doors too,decor is themed perfectly.<br/ <br/ The food was upto the mark <br/ We ordered <br/ 1)Nachos: Must order,we were seriously thinking of repeating the dish.<br/ 2)The mushroom tacos ,perfect! The kale was a unique touch.Perfect fresh taco shells<br/ 3)Taco torados<br/ 4)Quesidillas<br/ 5)Enchiladas: Baked to perfection<br/ 6)Burritos: Has scope for improvement<br/ 7)Churros ! amazing with three sauces! <br/ <br/ Definitely coming back! Service food ambience , everything was on point
