Bhagwati Veg - Mumbai

This restaurant was a stunning surprise! It is located in a rooftop dining space, whose main decorative feature is a network of PVC tubes that have been planted with all sorts of hanging plants--it is both modern and 'green '. One feels that one is dining in a forest, albeit one with a distinctly modern vibe. The menu is expansive (there is Indian food, pizza, Western food) and the food was very good. It is family-friendly--I saw families with their children, even late at night. A large TV screen is on one end of the restaurant. My only complaint is that the noise level was rather high--it is a lively place!

They have got the best pav bhaji in Mumbai. They serve till late night. One of my favourites for pav bhaji. The red chutney they serve with it works as cherry on the top. A perfect way to end meal here is to have tava pulao. Most recommended here- Pav Bhaji

Had been to Kandivali west at Charkop, to my daughters place we visited Bhagvati Veg Restaurant, with my relatives.. A Very well maintained eating place. It was my first visit my son in law ordered starters.. Soo Tasty Best Quality.. All of us enjoyed different dishes then main course was decided ordered.. The service was prompt homely.. The food was very Tasty.. enjoyed such a Tasty nice treat after a long time. Whenever in Charkop, do visit for Best Taste Quality Treat

Only one option for good vegetarian cuisine in this are. Other small restaurants are available but this one is good for families. Food and sitting arrangements are good A/c and Non A/c both options are available.

We love this place to eat out on account of 1.Location 2.Value for money Lots of options in main course here.The food is not too oily,spicy. The staff is well mannered and helps if we ask for suggestions as to what should we order. The dals are particularly great I believe. Fast food items are amazing...be it 1.Pav Bhaji 2.Sandwiches 3.Cheese dosa There is open sitting area(The tables near cooking station of pav bhaji,etc , inside AC sitting area. Overall it a good place. On weekends,expect waiting period as tables are occupied.
