Bidrage med feedbackEven though it is a vegetarian restaurant, the staff at Shubham Greens are knowledgeable about avoiding milk products. They also accommodate requests for less spicy or non-spicy dishes. The food is delicious, especially the dal fry, soybean curry, and steamed dishes. I have ordered from Shubham Greens several times and have always been satisfied.
I decided to try a meal at this restaurant. The waiter spoke English well, but had trouble understanding the concept of milk-free food. Eventually, the manager stepped in and everything seemed to be sorted out. The food I received was average, but it filled me up. I was surprised when a bottle of mineral water was placed on my table, despite not ordering it. When the bill came, I noticed that I was charged for the water even though I didn't drink it. There is another restaurant called Hariprasad on the opposite side of the road. Although I have never been there, I suggest it as an alternative to Shubham Greens as they are located only 100 meters apart. When you pass Shubham Greens, you will find Hariprasad on the right. Veg Corner is also about 50 meters from Hariprasad. If you are facing the T-junction next to Hariprasad, turn right and you will see the hotel that houses Veg Corner.
I went to this restaurant to order some food. The waiter spoke good English (although I must admit my Hindi is not great) but struggled to understand the concept of dairy-free food. The manager eventually stepped in and things seemed to be sorted out. The food I received was nothing exceptional, but it did the job. After I placed my order, a bottle of mineral water was placed on my table, even though I had not requested it. When the bill arrived, the water was included on the bill, even though I did not drink it. Disappointing. There is another place across the road called Hariprasad. I have not been to Hariprasad myself, but I suggest trying it as an alternative to Shubham Greens, as they are only 100 meters apart. In comparison to Shubham Greens, Hariprasad seems to be a better choice. Veg Corner is also located about 50 meters from Hariprasad. If you go past Hariprasad and reach a T-junction, turn right and you will find the hotel that houses Veg Corner.
Even though it is a vegetarian restaurant, the staff are knowledgeable about avoiding dairy products. They also accommodate requests for less spicy or non-spicy dishes. The food is delicious. I particularly enjoy their Dal Fry, Soya bean chilly dry, and steamed rice. I have ordered these dishes several times from Shubham Greens and have always been satisfied.
I recently dined at this restaurant and had some difficulties with communication regarding dairy-free options. While the waiter spoke good English, he struggled to understand my dietary restriction. The manager eventually stepped in to help resolve the issue. The food I received was average, but it did the job. I was surprised to see a bottle of mineral water on my table that I did not order, and even more surprised when it appeared on the bill despite not consuming it. Overall, I found this experience to be disappointing. I would suggest trying Hariprasad, located on the opposite side of the street, as an alternative. They are just 100 yards away from Shubham Greens. Veg Corner is also nearby, about 50 meters from Hariprasad. If you are facing the T junction next to Hariprasad, turn right to find the hotel that houses Veg Corner.
