Lu Miná Münster - Muenster

The Lumina is actually a light view that opens the culinary mile in the Münsterhafen with its refined Italian cuisine. It lies opposite the Wolfgang-Borchert Theater and offers an appealing, modern ambience. Last weekend we were there with a larger group and although there were hardly free tables in the meantime, there was a smooth process thanks to the preorder. After a Veneto spray as an aperitif I had broschetta with tomatoes, parmas ham, mozzarella and (rich rocket). Rounded with a few splashes of olive oil, coarse salt and pepper - the typical but effective simplicity of Italian cuisine convinced me immediately and also the others found their Bruschetta classica very refreshing during the heat. To the main course everyone got at the same time, it was quite quiet at our table and it was smashed: but everything looked very good too! The Resümee: The fish was glazed, the turkey breast tender, the pizza was big fresh and next to me someone was happy about grilled gambas on potato columns with fine puffs. The pasta dishes, of which I also had one, are really neat portions - on the rocket above my linguini, especially since the rather dominant nutty taste of the cross blossom does nothing for the elegant lobster white wine sauce, as I found after a few bites. Quick side: and otherwise I found it simple, tasty and yes, italian. To dessert I would like to try the Tiramisu, but a lemon Sorbet with Prosecco sounded more tempting during the heat and so it formed a puncturing surface of the menu. After an espresso, nothing stands against a journey into the pulsating nightlife of a lousy summer night. The later the evening, the more the port fills with life and although the Lumina is not directly on the water, a southern flair comes on the outdoor terrace when the night is above the port and the lights of the city break on the water. In particular, I would like to praise the attentive service that really took care of our table. If a guest from a group of 15 people asks the same again, and the lady knows exactly what is meant... Top! I recommend the Lumina!
