A short trip to Japan! Quiet, relaxed and rustic atmosphere, a special highlight is of course the Tatami room. The service is typically japanese-retaining in order not to disturb guests, very pleasant. In any case, order green tea as usual in Japan. We had tsukemono, very recommended as homemade, Chirashi Sushi, also very tasty with diverse fish selection, and the Matcha ice cream, always a highlight. Sushi is time-consuming in preparation, for a smooth menu sequence you reserve by phone and enter the order one day before. The visit to Kaito was for us a small substitute for the planned Japan holiday, which falls into the water due to Corona. We definitely come back!

We had ordered very tasty sushi per se and good quality. However, there is a star trigger for the comparatively high prices and the somewhat unfriendly employee on the phone.

Definitely best sushi throughout Munich. Very high and above all consistent quality, which of course also has its price. We regularly go and have never been disappointed.
