You can create your own poke bowl. There’s only one or two tofu versions that have gluten. Even the fried onions are gluten free. And each ingredient bowl has its own spoon. *disclaimer* I have no symptoms, but my brother does and he said he did feel a little sick after eating the bowl. So not sure if it came from the poke bowl!
