Let me first say that I think that a reviewer has confused this place with franky at the water station, that is the other side of the river and not on an island! However, it is a good place for a big mojito!

We made a walk through the Ruhr River and it was almost dinner. attracted by the live music show here. the beer, eating, ambiente and service at this place was fabulous. prefer to eat in the open next to the river.

It was a very nice evening in the frankys bar. all parts of this celebration were excellent! the evening meal, the staff, the drinks and the ambiente! I'm coming back!

Its a very nice place with a view of the river and right on the river walk. Very friendly service and good food. We stopped for lunch and may go back for dinner too. I know the also have a restaurant just down the river...Ive heard good thing about as well.
