Applebee's Grill - Mt Sterling

The waitress in the back took 5 mins to be seated only 3 other customers in the restaurant and lady from the bar had to go get her to seat us.the bar tender took out order and was very nice and professional waited forever on a burger and steak meal and once arrived the burger was Pink and was ordered well done and the Fries were Cold steak was ok The bar tender was super nice and credited the burger back and was doing awesome job. I won't be back for a burger at this establishment

French fries were too salty. The rest of my food was good

Food wasn't done and they added absolutely no seasonings to any of the food still payed the bill as bad as I hated to

We went almost 15 minutes without even a hello we watched people that came in after us leaving. We were just about to get up and join those leaving when we finally seen our waiter for the first time. Over 20 minutes after we arrived, we got our drinks. I could see it if it was crowded but not event close far more empty tables than full ones. When we finally got to order and got our food, 2 of the 5 in our parties orders were wrong. They brought my son’s chicken out with neither of his sides, and forgot my mom’s side as well. In addition to people leaving because of bad service, our table also overheard a man telling our waiter his food was also wrong. A couple minutes before we left someone turned on the music and it was so loud you couldn’t think, or talk so we rushed to finish and leave. I couldn’t help but wonder where the management was. Arrived with family for dinner and sat nearly 20 minutes before having drink orders taken. Almost an hour into the wait we finally received the appetizer's. Once entree’s arrived multiple different sides were missing along with not enough silverware, however food was alright. . Two different groups came in after and walked out due to no service and another customer at the bar was complaining of an incorrect order as well. One of the worst establishments I have been in a while, definitely will be looking for somewhere next time in the area.
