Bidrage med feedbackMy brother and I went last night to enjoy a nice meal and it was anything but nice. We got seated, got our drinks and appetizers, and then sat there with empty app dishes for 20 minutes while the table next to us was visited multiple times. At one point the server even set a dirty serving tray on our table while she again tended the table beside us. After a very long wait (they were not slammed busy and there were at least 3 servers), we finally got our order taken and she was unpleasant the whole time. Upon getting our food we tried to enjoy it but after not eating all day and rushing through our appetizer, we were full faster than anticipated. We again sat there waiting for a while before she finally came back and we were able to ask for boxes and the check. As soon as I asked for two boxes and explained why, she got nasty while stating that all you can eat is for inside not to go and she would have to charge us for it. We told her we understood and we were sorry that apparently that was all we could eat at that time. My brother gave her his card to pay and after a bit she came back laughing after making the mistake of charging him someone else’s ticket, which was higher than ours and explained that she voided that but tried to charge him again and it wouldn’t go through. He checked his cashapp account and told her there was nothing put back yet to which she got upset with him and told him we had 5 minutes to basically figure it out. In that timeframe, despite being told not to run it again yet, she proceeded to run his card twice more and then came back saying the same thing about it being declined and she was upset with him. At this point I was angry and told her that yes, it’s going to decline because she had already charged him someone else’s ticket and therefore messed everything up as he had to have money moved to his CashApp for the dinner through a second party and now there was not enough and it doesn’t go immediately back in his account. She then got pissy with me, very loudly huffed and stormed off before I was even done talking. After she walked off he got notified that she ran his car again two more times after we asked her to stop while HE figured out the fix to HER mess. Before he could even tell her there was more money added and it was safe to run it, she ran it again and then came to the table happyily letting us know it was good now as if nothing was a problem at all. She was terrible the whole time, made us feel like we were a bother just being there, my appetizer was borderline cold, my chicken was chewy, she blamed us for her screwup, and then apologized for absolutely nothing. He doesn’t even want to go back now. The worst experience we’ve ever had there and absolutely no excuse for it.
I ordered teriyaki chicken with extra vegetables meal came out to $18.03. Chicken had no teriyaki rice had no teriyaki vegetable (not vegetables I literally got all onion and 2 small pieces of broccoli but they had no teriyaki… bland flavor most horrible hibachi experience I’ve ever had.
The price is reasonable, but with lunch, I would like soup and salad rather than one or the other. Waitresses are not very fluid in English, leading to lots of errors. Always busy, lots of families and kids.
$16.50 for all you can eat hibachi and sushi with appetizers included. Amazing food and great service would 10/10 recommend anyone to try this!
Service was great. Food not as good as the Sakura in my hometown nor did they have the selection
