Bidrage med feedbackWe found the Spruce and Willow by searching for a dog friendly restaurant… not only are they dog friendly (outdoor only) but their food, coffee and staff were phenomenal. The staff: professional, very friendly and efficient. The food: absolutely delicious. We had the eggs benedict, and the breakfast hash. Followed by some carrot cake that was baked to perfection. The coffee. The best coffee I’ve had in years. One of our party is a coffee connoisseur and even they were deeply impressed. The over and above expectations: We told the waitress we were out celebrating our dog’s birthday. She appeared shortly afterwards with a complimentary pupachino and singing our dog happy birthday. This was a wonderful kindness! This is the type of establishment we’d make a special trip to Ireland just to visit. Truly fantastic.
Perfect stop off point after some hiking or biking in Ballyhoura. serious focus on covid precautions and lunch was definitely on a par with more city locations. excellent service and presentation and quality eats at moderate prices
Food was tasty, no complains there. Yet the review about forgetting you, if they are busy is true. Also, staff was not really helpful... we were staying 2 nights here, and I had two Chinese dinners. But I can easily see how things can go downhill for some people, so don't expect too much
We stopped at this restaurant for brunch on our way to hike at the Ballyhoura Trail centre. It is situated in the picturesque village of Ardpatrick, making it the perfect location for St Patrick's weekend. The atmosphere was lovely and it was bustling with both families and hikers. What really stood out was the delicious food - generous portions and everything tasted fantastic. The chef deserves high praise. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for local attractions. There is also a bar in the back that was likely lively later in the weekend. We are excited to return soon.
This business has extremely poor customer service. Website has misinformation and so does Facebook page. Poor Ambassador for Ballyhoura as visitor attraction. Drove from Limerick for lunch to find it closed. Visiting with family from UK this made a great impression thanks a lot. It’s laziness not updating your social media and website.
