Catalyst Coffee - Mount Wellington

Great food. Great service. Great environment.Was said to have the best coffee in Auckland so I came in to try. I was not disappointed.Also tried their French Toast. It had ham and cheese in it. Perfect combination for toast.Would visit again for coffee and to try their other cabinet food :

Bookmarked this place to visit when I was searching for places that do proper coffees. This coffee shop is hidden behind the main Remuera road nice quiet spot and ambience. When we walked in we were greeted by the owners/baristas who were very friendly and helpful. The coffee and service was great and ambience was very nice : They have different coffee beans featured for the pour overs every month. I think it'll be my place to visit monthly now!

For the ones who appreciate a good coffee like a fine glass of wine, this is the place for you. <br/ <br/ If caffeine isn't your thing, like me, I'm so glad that the same can be said about their hot chocolate, less the crazy sugar rush that usually accompanies one.<br/ <br/ Gotta love the passion and skill that goes into every cup brewed, right from the sourcing of the beans to ensuring that the right water is used.<br/

A perfect cuppa' specialty coffee served in a cosy space tucked away in Remuera, possibly the best I've had in Auckland! The baristas were super dedicated and passionate about their craft, taking the time to explain the process and tasting notes in the coffee. Found out during my visit that the owners of the cafe are a pair of World Barista Champions from Singapore and New Zealand and I was served by Xin from Singapore :
