Burger King - Mount Vernon

So far is atmosphere goes, it is a burger king. they are all quite the same design same lighting as always. I don't know what happened to this Burger King, but the whoppers don't taste as if hepper and the huh I don't think comes from a huh. every few months I decide that I want to try burger king again and I always do not forget this. I guess who the franchise owner is quite happy that there is no other bk within a few miles and so food quality really is not on the list of important things. Skip, mcdonald’s and kfc are a few blocks in other directions. get their BK repair to anywhere other than mount vernon

Has not been there in years, the other daysfries are good and the spicy royal sandwich was good, except it was okfood: 4/5

The worst. they can tell them what they want 10 times, they still get their order wrong or will totally miss a few things casual. it's really not a rocket science.

My family loves burger king and we had ordered many time for delivery, several times I had to make a complaint because something wrong or missing, today she makes my order wrong and I had to stop eating. when I opened it because I feel something and I found the piece in the time? Food: 2/5

Really inconsistent. I like to sub the sesame buns for the potato ones and getting this changed is like pulling teeth. I always have to talk to at least two different people and they act like I’m somehow trying to scam them. Not sure why.Sometimes I get charged for the swap, sometimes I don’t, and the charge isn’t the same every time (It’s always between 50c and a dollar).I have no idea what the actual policy is, and I don’t care if there’s a small charge, but why is it so complicated every time?
