She was rude and nasty. I was talking to another employee when she jumped in with HER RUDE comments. Won't be back.
This place in like going to a food amusement park. However, like an actual amusement park the cost is significantly higher than nearby supermarkets. Stars off for pricing. Still, I recommend their in-house tortilla chips.
As a local customer, I want to know that eggs sold at my grocery store are cage-free and not from hens kept in cruel battery cages. Stop purchasing eggs from producers who don't care about the welfare of thousands of animals they are profiting from. And make this public knowledge so your customers know what they're supporting!
Great grocery store, but I'm disappointed with Lowes lack of transparency about their commitment to go cage free. I'd like to see a published plan or a public plan to see that Lowes is following through in their commitments.
WAS by far my favorite store not anymore which is unfortunate as i truly enjoyes shopping in this store and being originally from NC was so excited when they came to Mount Pleasant. I likely won 't be back after an extremely rude customer service manager cursed me out and flipped me off continuing to do so behind my back as I left the store. I filled out a feedback request on their website requesting a phone call but as of yet have not received one so now here we are, a Google review it is. This Manager’s behavior towards me was her response to feedback i was sharing about my experience this visit. I had let her know she was visibly aggravated with me and rolling her eyes at me for my wanting to get a copy of my receipt when their self check out receipts were not printing. I had asked the self checkout lead cashier for a copy of my receipt because it printed with no ink and i needed a copy. So she took me over to the customer service counter and said the CSM would be right with me. When the CSM came over and i showed her my receipt she responded with yes the register tape isn 't printing right now, so I asked can i not get a copy printed? That 's when it went downhill from there. Not an I 'm sorry, which is fine I suppose but no customer service interaction at all just an expressionless and completely dismissive face and not a word spoken to me as she takes my receipt walks over to self check out i follow) and she shows the cashier what to do. I 'm standing there awkwardly holding up all the other shoppers in the line. And she asks the cashier to look thru my bags to see what i had bought. Then says oh, she got a big order . I apologized and told them the self check out was the only line open other than the one lane which was backed up which by the way I didn 't even have a big order at all fit into a Lowe 's Foods reusable grocery bag other than 2 soda 2 liters and a case of water). I told her i felt she was being rude to me and she said no I am not, I didn 't do anything. Sorry you feel that way. I have 10 other things going on and didn 't even have to help you I am helping the cashier. I asked to speak to the store Manager and with a grin on her face she said she was the manager and then laughed at me. I asked if she was the actual store Manager she said no. I asked for his the Manager’s name and number and she said it 's on the receipt call him I don 't care.Lowes Foods if this is the type of subpar customer service and customer shopping experience you are wanting to tarnish your brand and image with by hiring employees who clearly lack genuine customer service skills not to mention integrity then you have successfully done so. I 'm not sure we care is true since no one has bothered to call me to discuss, which is what I was hoping for since I really hoped a care would be given. As someone who enjoys shopping in your store several times a week and spends hundreds upon hundreds of dollars at this location it 's really disappointing.
