I would not recommend visiting the Pearl location of Fix restaurant. In the past few months, we have consistently received incorrect orders and subpar meals. On our most recent visit, we ordered takeout and discovered that part of my daughter's meal was missing. Despite this mistake, we were still charged for the complete order. The restaurant offered us a $15 credit on our $70 order, but that was not sufficient compensation for the inconvenience. After two disappointing experiences, I will not be returning for a third.

I arrived at the restaurant at lunchtime, only to find the doors unexpectedly locked despite the website stating it was open. This was very disappointing and ruined my birthday dinner plans. Service was for dine-in, and the meal type was listed as other.
