Cafe Downey - Mount Lawley

We've decided to check this place out since we kept driving past. The cafe have sufficient seats. It's located on Walcott st in Mt Lawley. You would need to park in a car park and walk there. The food is average. The bun is dry, the patty is average. We order a normal size burger, and it comes with chips. The chips is so minimal I rather they don't provide the chips at all. My friends who came along to the cafe wasn't impressed with the food at all. They think it's just average food. It's not worth 91% of like at all. My friends and I wouldn't be returning soon to this cafe.

Went for dinner a few weeks ago. It is mainly hamburgers and club style sandwiches, but have great pancakes and coffee. Service is attentive but the burgers are really fresh and great value. Don't go to the big hamburger place around the corner, here is cheaper and the food fresher. Try the teriyaki burger!

Feeling the effects of last night, we went to Mt Lawley for a late breakfast (or rather, lunch) on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

I can't help but feel sorry for these guys. In Mt Lawley, if you're not on Beaufort St.

Was pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem. The sandwich was delicious and filling, and the chips were cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable for the generous portions you receive. I will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommended!
