Bidrage med feedbackLet me preface by saying that I am not a Karen, long wait times don’t upset me, and I am always extremely friendly to restaurant staff – especially at this time. But I came to this location at about 915 this morning and Was immediately greeted by a girl who sounded very annoyed to be talking to me. The tone she used was just horrible. And I asked if they had chocolate coffee and you would have thought that I was speaking in a different language. I don’t want to be treated like an idiot for asking questions about the menu. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because there was a blonde girl outside cleaning the stalls that shot me a very sweet smile as I was pulling off.
Order was wrong no big deal. Took 30 minutes to get item fixed. Wouldn’t answer the button. Wife had to go hunt someone down. Was made wrong again (mustard . Took it back a third time, No cheese. At this point we gave up and went home. Ordered a medium Reese blast, no mediums. So picked a large (what adult wouldn’t and when it arrived looked liked they used the serving size for a medium lots of empty cup. But seeing how we have now been sitting there for 40 minutes shake melted. Life goes on however I will avoid this location.
Waited 20 mins for only two drinks. First drink was a ocean water, it was ok but it had no ice and zero coconut flavor in it. The second drink was a lime slushi. When it came out it was not a slushi, it was sprite with a lime dropped in it and very little ice. Having experienced horrible experiences here in the past I didn't complain and just took my drinks home. I will never stop at this one again. The kids working there seem to be oblivious on how to work. Anytime I've had to chase one down for help they seem they so shocked and clueless on how to resolve the issue. Need to raise our children better and teach them how to have better work ethic. Its an issue everywhere you go
I wasn't able to get food!!! Understand that it was busy....but to sit for 20 mins and nobody ever came on the speaker to take my order....when I hit the button for the 3rd time and nobody came on the speaker I just left!!!
Been there 3 times, Once by myself and waited for service for 10 minutes while watching many cars come after me being helped and served their food. Pushed button again waited 5 minutes still no help service while seeing them help others. So went to a stall which others have been helped, served, and left. waited 4-5 minutes and figured they were just refusing to serve me so i left. About a year later my daughter heard from a fried how good their drinks shakes are and wanted me to take her. I explained to her my experience and she tried to excuse it away as an off day etc. So I took her there thinking we would have no problem this time since im trying to show her how i was treated. Guess what, same service....None. About a month later her friend was talking about Sonic and my daughter told her my her experience there. Of course she couldn 't believe it. So I took the whole family and her for another test to show her how they treat me (maybe others). Again not served, but this time i did not wait very long. Just long enough to see people which arrived after me be helped and served before I could even be acknowledged. So I tell everyone to not go there, anyone asks me to go there, I advise somewhere better. You can excuse away the actions of employees in many ways, none of them are right.
