O'charley's - Mount Juliet

I never had a bad experience here. The server was fabulous and the food was excellent. My son said the chicken teeth were the best he ever had. We will continue to enjoy family dinners here as it is such a great place for good food and fun atmosphere.

Really is the home of good food and great people! The staff is always accommodating and the waiters are beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. A great place to dine.

Friendly waitress helped to love the experience! We ordered the baked potato soup and it was hot, cheerful and tasteful! $4.99 a bowl and worth it. The Cheeseburger was fabulous and huge, the French dip made on fresh Italian bread and no fat. I was a very happy customer

Updated on 9 September. This place went back tonight. A great improvement! People who welcomed the use were happy and helpful. Our server was great as usual. And the reels are back at their fluffy best! Chicken channels excellent. My wife was a bit towards the rare side and she ordered medium. Our server apologized and sent him back. Two managers appeared and also apologised and the newly cooked was delivered by a manager. Excellent service! After my last review, the General Manager called me and assured me that he would take care of the situation and delivered it as promised. Thank you. Was a great experience and I have the score from 3 to 5! Previous review below August: Food was very good and our server was also very good. The people you welcome were not very friendly at all. We have been in this same restaurant three or four times since the lock and experience the same lack of enthusiasm from greetings. The manager is a ghost. But we come for the chicken/steaks and the eager to please servers. However, the rollers are not the same. For months, when asked if the provider was changed, the servers said the roles were not given the right time to rise. Guess the ghost manager is sometimes in a hurry.

The ribeye steak is AMAZING. I recommend adding garlic butter to the steak, it makes the steak 120% better. Server was nice and fun!
