Baked Cafe & Yoghurt Bar - Mount Evelyn

The server was making a delicious looking focacia and I said I'll have one of those! Turned out the server was one of the owners. The food and service here is way too good for country victoria. Try it.

Called in just for a coffee but couldn't resist the temptation of such a great menu. Chose the potato classic and was not disappointed. Friendly staff, lovely food, nice and clean. Will be back to try those inviting cakes on display mmmmmmmm can't wait to return.

My experience here was great...their iced drinks are HOOGE and really good..food is delicious..very friendly staff..great all round

Super friendly staff and great display of baked goodies.We had the fresh pumpkin soup which was amazing. Haven't had such a good one in a long time. The tuna salad was tasty as well. The portions are enough and the price is fair.Just chose this place randomly and weren't disappointed.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After trying 2 other cafes for lunch, one of which the chef had not turned up and the other only served coffee and biscuits, we decided to try the new Baked Cafe. Have had their Yoghurt before but not eaten there. Such a warm welcome. Clean, we chose a pie, wedges and lemon tart. All were delicious. The pie was slightly spiced which made it a little nicer than just a chicken and veg pie. The wedges were a good serving with generous bowls of sour cream and sweet chilli sauce. The Lemon Tart was tasty, crust a little too thick, thinner would have been nicer. Coffee was great as was the milkshake. Cant wait to return and try some more including the baked potato or breakfast menu. Pricing was reasonable, not cheap but have paid more and quality was excellent. Bonus was it was lovely and warm on a day when it was chilly and wet outside.
