Kfc - Moulton

Ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken littles. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes... Nobody in front of me. When I finally got my food, The Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper... Not the sandwich... How's that even happen?? The chicken was cold and no napkins in the bag... Also the drive thru window was disgusting! Could barely see through the grimy, greasy fingerprints... I'm adding photos so you can see for yourself. Oh! And when we pulled into the lot, the drive thruworker was sitting in the sidewalk at the front door playing with her phone. This location could definitely benefit from better management.

Great buffet. I'm from the west and never have I been to a KFC buffet. I was hesitant at first but wow. Still same great taste, if not better. So many sides to chose from. Definitely a great bargain. Staff was friendly and the locals were a treat. A few hours later and I'm still excited about the experience. Best KFC I've been to.

The lady at the window tonight was pleasant and quick. I ordered 2 famous bowls for me and my young kids. When she handed me the bag, she handed me the bag upright, meaning both of my bowls were on their side. I get home and half the chicken is burnt beyond crispy ???? so both of my ill and picky eaters, didn?t eat it because ?it looks yucky?. Cheers ????????
