Bidrage med feedbackThe 3 of us, woman, daughter and I got a tour through mougins when our friend brought us into this restaurant L’Asia. we did not know what to expect, because our experience in the restaurants in cannes was mixed, some were good. and some were very bad. working in new york I was in the best Asian restaurants in manhattan, so I know a little about Asian restaurants. I was simply blown away with the quality of food in the L’Asia. I made the buffet while the woman and daughter ordered from the menu. the diversity of the entrées, the main course and the desert was overwhelming. I tried several of each and each one was just perfect. the woman and daughter ordered the pad thai, they also said it was the best they ever had. if it was 1 thing that surprised me, it was not alcoholic heikens, because I never had an alcohol-free beer. I don't like cannes very, but because of this restaurant I make it one of my stops when I'm part of frankly or northern Italy. the 3 of us, woman, daughter and I got a tour through mougins when our friend brought us into this restaurant L’Asia. we did not know what to expect, because our experience in the restaurants in cannes was mixed, some were good and some were very bad. working in new york I was in the best Asian restaurants in manhattan, so I know a little about Asian restaurants. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, good desserts, but Asian food was the worst thing I had in a long time and I visited many Asian restaurants all over the world.
I really like l’asia, it’s a bit more expensive than the other Asian buffets around, especially in cannes. but eating seems to be a bit higher quality and elaborate, and the situation is more beautiful that it doesn't seem like a huge esshalle....I thought, although at my last visit, that they could do some hotr food options and that they pay more attention to the increase in food during the evening. Maybe take off less and increase more frequently, so is it more fresh? I mention that more in the hopes that l’asia will take to know than complain because I think they will make a pretty good job and I will definitely be back. for what it's worth, I have a dozen times in the run of the last 8 years and was always satisfied with the experience. it would be nice if the beer was a little less expensive, but I guess that's just france for them. it would be nice to go to midday and sit outside weather permit.
Buffet is very small, the food was bland and appeared old. The restaurant could do with a good cleaning. Overall, very disappointing. Gave it one shot (too many) and will not be going back.
