Kfc - Motueka New Zealand

Normally service is good took 35 minutes to get my order today after ordering it, things need to run more smoothy more trained staff with urgency and being accurate shouldn't take 35 minutes to get your order then they give you someone else's order that came after you ordered, theirs only 5 people in the store, bacon was uncooked, chips were cold and half full, overall experience was pretty bad, they need alot of improvement to cut down errors and service time, some training with being more accurate and speed.

Look it's a KFC OK, so my ratings are comparative to other KFC stores! Food always hot and clean looking. Service, team are friendly and fast. Store is tidy and fresh.

We got a bucket meal from the drive through around 5pm Friday night and everything was fantastic. There was one other car in drivethrough when we arrived yet we queued, ordered, paid, got our meal and were out of there in less than five minutes total. The drivethrough staff were young, tidy, happy, friendly, polite and efficient 'hot ' was the description on her name tag). The food we received was exactly what we ordered, and the chicken and fries were fresh, hot and delicious. Couldn 't ask for better service.

Nice branch of KFC. Reasons. Staff good. Really pleasant when we failed to order at right window in drive in. Fast service and food was fresh.
