Really busy ! But it was the closest to the red square

It's the place where you must be in when you visit Moscow and you can see that most of the other cafés not having hot coffee enough like Starbucks coffee. I'm not sure why Moscows cafes in general like the coffee cold even when you told them extra hot!

This Starbucks is great. It’s objectively great. But there are some aspects which make it even greater. I would like to thank the personnel which takes its greatest to deliver top quality experience when serving its customers. Yes, some people leave unhappy and rate this Starbucks at 1 star but this is only because they are being rude themselves and don’t respect the workers. If not them, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy the finest coffee (subjective opinion here) you usually get. If you are asked to wear a mask do it, it only takes 2 seconds. These people are using them for 8 12 h shifts. Respect and you will be respected. I don’t have anything against the personnel or this Starbucks, I love everyone here. I have a lot of question to Starbucks as an organization, about which the awareness must be raised . 4 quite good, always coming back here.

Great service, good quality always... I told my Russian friend about Starbuck's kind free water and open rest room policy, she bet won't happen in Russia. Here's free water.. (photo)

This restaurant is a great place to unwind with a warm welcome. I highly recommend it to everyone.
