Mr. Feng Chinese - Moshi

豚挽肉のラーメンをいただきました。 麺は日本のとは違い饂飩の柔らかいみたいのだけど、大蒜の効いた醤油スープやシャキシャキ野菜、豚挽肉と相まってとてもうまい！ と思ったのですが、食べ進めてくうちに化学調味料による旨味が強すぎて飽きてきて舌が麻痺してきて残念 豚挽肉ラーメン10000シリング コーラ1500シリング （2018年9月現在）

Pretty good for Moshi, sure. But a far cry from Dar es Salaam where I had the best Chinese since China. Fairly limited range of foods. Tasted like it was made by a trainee, not a Chinese chef. They have good fresh 炸酱面 sauce noodles but the sauce is too light, should be heavier. Dumplings 饺子 didn't taste fresh... Like from a packet. 麻婆豆腐 Mapo Tofu was oily and had little meat. Even the rice was not fully cooked and didn't stick together! Had to eat it with a spoon! Everything took a long time... Other Chinese restaurants bring food super fast. Basically I would not recommend unless you're desperate n

Chinese noodles. I want to have a bowl of chinese nudules after the Kilimanjaro-Trek. the Chinese owner herr feng was not there, but the chef from Tanzania cooked it on Chinese wise, the suppe is a little too sweet, but the chop meat and chili are perfect, the noodles were also cooked in a very suitable hard (not super soft.) the Chinese noodles cost tsh 10000, which is a good price for foreign food in moshi.

Surprisingly good (and authentic Chinese restaurant in a small city like moshi. the chef of cuisine is a Tanzanian local, but all the ingredients used are legit Chinese things (e.g. 豆瓣 . many vegetables are grown in their yard. they also have hotpot and grill bbq when they call in advance. the only regret is that many items are not available on their menu.
