Customer service. They placed a large self-delivery order. The order was handed over in bags that were overloaded. While they were ordering a home delivery, one of the bags simply broke. The food ended up on the pavement. The issue was dismissed by customer support and at the self-service location, and they were denied compensation for the spoiled order.

I ordered it for the promised hour, but they ended up delivering it two hours late. I mean, it’s just a one-minute trip. So, all the food was already cold. The meal itself was mediocre. You have to order the sauce, ginger, and wasabi separately. I’ve never seen that before. Also, the dumplings came with more rice than anything else. It's strange to see reviews of people who have been coming here for years. It’s definitely better to find a faster delivery option. I had soup, Coke, and dumplings.

This is truly a great place with always fresh, delicious rolls. They didn’t let us dine in here. Such a shame!

Всегда заказываем здесь роллы. Готовят достаточно вкусно и быстро. Цены приемлемые.
