I am really sorry. When you are a daily customer, they don't respect you and you don't even apologize, you don't hear about their mistakes, and the owner attacks you because we hid the trained barista who otherwise doesn't know how to read the order 8 out of 10 times. And instead of hearing an apology and that they will replace the wrong coffee I heard that I had to speak in the plural while I was speaking in the plural and first the owner shouted and I just waited to answer. Shame and shame again. It doesn't matter though, not everyone does it for shops......good luck with the next ones
