Bidrage med feedbackWe used to adore this restaurant, as it was always bustling when we dined there. However, it seems that there has been a change in ownership or management, as it is now empty and the quality has declined. During a recent takeaway order, we were informed upon pickup that one of the items we had ordered was unavailable. Despite pre-paying, we were not offered a refund as they claimed they could not process refunds to credit cards. Upon returning home, we discovered that some items were missing, like the raita, and the samosas were smaller, less flavorful, and seemed to be store-bought. The main dishes (prawn curries and palak paneer) were vastly different from what we were accustomed to, being watery and bland. We ended up throwing away what was left. It's disheartening to witness a once excellent restaurant struggle to deliver good food and service. We will not be coming back.
I visited this restaurant to try something new. The establishment is small and the decor is outdated and in need of a refresh. The service was slow and there were some language barriers. Unfortunately, the food fell short of my expectations - it was cold and unappetizing. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Had dinner hee with my family. Ordered the Dhal of the day and couple of other curries. The Aloo Goobi was quite quite and so were the naans. Unfortunately service was more on the slow side, and not enough staff, I believe. Overall quality of food was good, though.
Good curries except for the vegetable korma which was sickly sweet and mushy. Service, considering we were the only customers, below average. Others have more appeal.
This is mainly a sit-down restaurant and there are normally plenty of tables to choose from. The meals are very tasty and nicely presented when served. It is more expensive that the usual 'takeaway' style Indian restaurants, but there is a lot more choice in the menu and the food is of a higher quality.
