I was in the area looking for a healthy herbal life shop. Well, guess what? YELP, lead me here. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Joanna. What an excellent experience this was not only was Joanna friendly and knowledgeable about her products she was a breath of fresh air...she displayed top tier customer service and a joy to talk to...JUST WOW!I couldn't decide which protein shake or tea to choose from. Well, Joanna, let me take my time, and she was extra patient as I made my selection. I love anything banana foster, so I decided to stick with what I knew and tantalize my taste buds. Not only was I pleased with the shake, but the whole experience was delightful. Thank you again, Joanna. You're such a beautiful soul inside, and out I'm definitely returning whenever I'm in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Local friendly nutrition bar with great tasting smoothies and refreshers. Has become one of my favorites now.

High quality drinks. Joana, the owner, is heavily involved in her business and she’s clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what she’s selling. 100% recommended.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very warm/inviting with relaxed vibes. I ordered the churro drink and half a dozen protein donuts. If I had known how delicious everything would taste I would have ordered more. Everything was reasonably priced. I'll be back here again. ?

I love this nutrition shop!! 10/10 the customer service is top tier, the atmosphere here it very welcoming and don't get me started on the smoothies and freshening teas! It's hard to pick a favorite but Jo is great, she will help you feel energized for a good workout or relaxed to sip and chill. Oh and protein donuts on Saturdays only!
