Kfc - Morristown

Staff were not friendly. food was old, chewy, cold. Biscuits were hard as bricks! Couldn't eat them! They must of gave us leftovers from lunch, (the day before). FOOD QUALITY WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID!

I came here a couple weeks ago, since it’s closer home and the food was great. We came here today and the chicken wasn’t very good, no sauces that we ordered, and sides were smaller. I will be driving a little longer and go to my usual KFC is Tazewell.

Almost $27.00 for a 4 piece and a 6 piece tenders. Got home No biscuits and no dipping sauce, no phone number on receipt. The piece size. must use baby chicks. Called number searched and get voicemail. Not worth the money. No response from KFC.

Mobile ordered so I didn’t have to wait in line on the way home. Showed up and door was locked. Had to wait in the drive thru because the lobby was closed.

Great place kind workers. Neat and clean lots of space and decorated nice
