Chick-fil-a - Morristown

We LOVE our Chick Fil A!! Only thing I can say negative about it is that we specifically only had ask for ketchup.. and we didn't get a single pack!! But, no big deal, we went straight back thru the DT and it was their pleasure to hand us some ketchup!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

I accidentally went to the wrong line and instead of going ahead and taking my order from where the woman was standing she made me go back around in the line had grown by about six cars. I thought that was quite rude when I could have placed my order and been on my way. All I wanted was a kale salad that was it. But know that was not to happen that would have been too easy. So let's make a customer's life a little bit more difficult for the day. Okay Carry on
