Mediocre food, service and views. Food tasted ok but it was extremely greasy. The place place was not clean and we saw our waiter give us a glass of water that was at another table…unacceptable

RIPOFF-$25 per person deposit required when making reservation is a ripoff. A few weeks before the Laugen Daigle concert, we wanted to make reservations for our group of six. The online reservation system required an advance deposit of $25 per person. Before making the reservation, my stepdaughter called to ask if our bill was less than the deposit, do they refund our credit card. A male answered the call. He said that any unused balance would be credited back to our credit card after the meal. The server brought the bill after we ate and our bill was $38 less than the deposit we paid. She said they could NOT refund our credit card but that we could order more food. She brought us a menu. Next the Asst Manager (she said her name was Kendra) came to our table. We told her about inquiring before making the reservation and told her we were told unused balance would be refunded. She said I find that hard to believe! . I was in shock that an assistance manager would say that to her customers. I told her that she is saying my stepdaughter was a liar and that she needed to apologize to her. She did apologize but said she could not refund our card for the unused balance. We ordered two pieces of cheesecake and 1 cookie to go to use MOST of the remaining deposit that we had prepaid. After they brought the to go bag, we started out of the restaurant. They stopped us and told us that we needed to pay the remaining balance. It has been such a bad experience, we paid another $8 and left. When we got back to the hotel we looked at the bill and opened the bag. They had billed us for and gave us 2 cookies and 2 cheesecake. The cheesecake was correct but we had only ordered 1 cookie. The second cookie that we had not ordered was the reason the bill had exceeded the deposit that we had paid. This was a horrible experience and we will never go there again. The asst manager was very unprofessional and discourteous. We will never eat there again.

First off, great views and location! This is a great spot to stop for lunch while visiting the Red Rock Amphitheater. Even on a hot day, there’s lots of umbrellas for shade. We made a reservation ahead of time and were seated right away. The peach mimosa and drink special that was a creamsicle drink (can’t remember the name) were both fantastic. The food was really good too. We ordered custom burgers and boneless wings. We would highly recommend this for a stop while visiting!
