Hungry Jack's - Morphett Vale

When I was about to order a new crew member, I fought with the cashier. a male manager came up and was not apologised for waiting and annoyed me while he told the worker, with f word in front of my face. I was very disappointed at how managers treat their employees.

I had an incredible experience at the Hungry Jacks in Morphett Vale. The crew member working at the drive-thru on Saturday at 1:05 pm was incredibly friendly and polite. I believe her name was Abby. Despite just ordering a cheeseburger, it was the best one I have had in a long time.

The service was slow and when we finally received our order, we found that the chips were warm, hard, and had some bad pieces. Moreover, there were dead flies on three tables in the restaurant and no staff seemed to be cleaning them. The seats were dirty with food scraps, which we only noticed after sitting down. Additionally, we did not see any hand sanitizer available.

If I spent near $40, they think that eating is at least warm if not hot. we drove through the journey in 5 minutes to home when the chips were ok burger were not even warm disgusted not again

Ordered two burgers. One was a hamburger with onion the other was supposed to be a cheeseburger with no mustard or pickle. When I ordered the cheeseburger I asked for no mustard and no pickle but with tomato sauce. The female attendant asked me do...you want the bun? What? So I laughed and said yes as I thought she being funny. Received the order got home still shocked by asking about the bun! On opening the said cheeseburger we saw a bun with tomato spread on it! We looked at each other and I won’t say what we said but took them both back. The manager was a young female who at first thought it was what we wanted! What a cheeseburger with no cheese no burger nothing but a bun and sauce. She said sorry done another 2 and said I’ve thrown in a small fries. We didn’t want fries or we would have ordered them. Didn’t get a refund for this mistake. Who would give someone in a burger place a bun and sauce?
