Hello, we had lunch at Sophie's mill yesterday noon and we loved, galette worthy of the Breton bigoudaines! and beautiful Happy Season frame and probably very soon

Sophie's Mill, do it again. The new owner offers its pancakes, cakes, salads and other desserts. Just fresh products in these homemade cakes. The Moulin de Sophie is open from April to late October, closed on Tuesday. And in season t (July August) continuous service from 9:30 to 23 Hours. Its terrace, on the windmill side and on the still intact harbour, will allow you to settle in a quiet moment of a meal, a taster or a dessert. The welcome and cuisine of the Moulin are assured by the former team of the "Sophie counter" in the Tremblade in an atmosphere always as festive and warm.
