Domino's Pizza - Morley

I have ordered from this restaurant frequently and never encountered any issues. However, last week I experienced a delay in my order, which took over an hour to arrive despite being only 1 mile away. Although I received a text with a discount code for my next order, I was unable to redeem it online and the store refused to accept it over the phone. The lack of customer service in handling this situation was disappointing. I'm not sure if I will continue to use Domino's in the future.
