Food is usually good. They have forgotten drinks multiple times though

Jumpin Jack Mac Balls were pretty good, missing the 5 Piece Boneless Wings, You Build It pizza with pepperoni was cold, old, sauce less and looked/tasted like they had an old cheese pizza and microwaved some pepperoni and tossed them into the middle of the pizza. they werent arranged and the pizza was horribly cut extremely weird. All food was cold despite paying for direct delivery. Cost: $70+ Will not eat here again.

I would give it a 0 but I cant so they get a 1. But for real, the sandwich (pitts-burger) was good, i enjoyed it. But, thats where the good ended. The fries with cheese (large order, 11.99) were soggy, cold, and the top of the pizza box they were incased in was compressed into the fries. We also ordered a single kosher pickle and two Hersheys pb pies, the pies and pickle were in the same bag, in the bottom of the bag was a chocolate/pickle/s colored mixture. Additionally the pickle was only in foil, no container, hence the disgusting mess in the bottom of the bag. Saving dessert for last, the bottom of the containers the pies were in were filled with a chunky whipped cream and chocolate mixture that look rather comparable to a babies diaper that had ate a dinner of chalk and chocolate. Chunks and all.

Really good food. Big House Side Salad, supersized BBQ hamburger and fries were great, still crispy when they arrived. I will be ordering from them again for sure. And I got more than enough napkins.

The cheese cake item, and the Resees pie are covered in cheap chocolate syrup from Walmart... do not recommend, burger was good, fries were cold and unsalted.
