Burger King - Feedback

I have an ICE coffee. concrete on the ice, because that was the only one in my drink. the ice was so compact that I don't even get a rough inside.

Today I tried to go inside to eat breakfast as she was open for her dining room. the door was closed. strike 1. by the drive thru.

if I didn't give you a star. the worst service I have received in any restaurant. I thought maybe they just had a bad day, but that's it.
